What is the success rate of water damage repair?

Typically we have a water damage repair success rate of 75% percent, though nothing is guaranteed to work and there is no warranty included.

My phone doesn't charge. How can I tell if it's the battery or charge port?

If your phone does not charge altogether, check to see if the port is loose or dirty. If it’s loose or dirty, you will most likely need a charging port replacement. If an aux cord can be firmly plugged in, you are most likely experiencing a battery issue.

How do I know if I need the LCD repair or not?

The screen appears black, white, bleeding, or has dead pixels, you need to replace the LCD. If the glass is cracked as well, you will need a Screen Replacement. You can send us a picture of the current condition of the phone while it is powered on to support@bcsnj.com and we will do our best to diagnose it.

I tried to fix my iPhone on my own and have it kind of taken apart. Can I send it to you and have you fix it?

You sure can! This happens more often than you think. Just purchase the diagnostic service repair, bring us the phone, and we will take care of ya!

My touch screen doesn’t work, but the glass is not shattered. What repair do I pick?

I live in the near one of your stores. Is there any way to stop by your office to have the repair done?

Definitely! Walk-ins are always welcome. Our hours are Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm Saturday 9 am – 5 pm, Sunday - Closed. No appointments are necessary and our technicians can complete most repairs in minutes while you wait in our waiting room!

Do you charge extra for “priority service” or same-day service?

No, we do not charge anything extra to fix your computer or phone in a timely manner. We can normally complete all repairs the same day you drop your computer or phone off!

How are your prices so much better than your competitors?

Do you sell used computers?

We do sell used computers. While we do not keep a constant inventory of used systems, we do have used systems available for sale on a regular basis.

Do you sell new computers?

YES we do! We also do custom build computers to fit your needs using top of the line name brand parts!

How long does it take to repair my phone?

Most devices are repaired within 1 hour when the part is in stock.

What if I already purchased the part needed for repair?

We can use your part but we cannot give our 30 Day Warranty with the repair.

What are some of your most common repairs?

We repair a lot of Apple products (iPod Touch, iPad, iPhone, Macbook, iMac, & Macbook Pro). The most common repair we do is the glass screen replacement on those devices.

Do you fix water damage?

Yes, we do repair water damage. If your device has been wet, the best thing to do is to power it off right away. Do not plug it in to charge or try a new battery. We offer a diagnosis services on all repairs and for the highest probability of repair, bring it in ASAP.

Does your warranty cover accidental damage?

No, we cannot cover any form of accidental damage.

Do I need to make an appointment to have my phone repaired?

No appointments are necessary, but they can be set. Calling ahead for more accurate quote times is best.

Do you offer any type of warranty on your repairs?

Yes, all repairs carry a 30 day parts and labor warranty which means if you have any issues related to the repair within 30 days we will take care of it free of charge!
